Returns & Replacement Policy

We offer a return and replacement policy for eligible products.

To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must be

  • Returned with original packaging and accessories

Important Guidelines

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show the package being opened and the product being inspected.

  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

  • Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or alteration may not qualify for return or replacement.

  • All return and replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Screen Protectors

  • Tempered Glass

  • Earphones

  • Chargers

  • Charging Cables

  • Electronic Accessories

  • Products purchased during special clearance or promotional sales

Replacement may be provided only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage, subject to verification.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds may be issued as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on the nature of the order and approval.

  • Store credit can be used toward future purchases on our website.

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, and other service charges may be non-refundable where applicable.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • If a cancellation request is approved after processing has begun, applicable charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

The Cover World reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

  • Open delivery is not available.

  • Customers are requested to inspect the package carefully and retain the unboxing video for any future claims.
